Fairly clean hotel with good location in Lancaster near to shops as well as attractions/restaurants. Central heating, TV and a microwave in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Outstandingly accommodating and affable staff with good manners.

We loved loved loved the room! It's off the beaten path of the herd. Great location. Very pleasant and clean. Up to date and friendly staff.
The breakfast buffet is confusing. There is a Starbucks coffee counter! In the Hotel! It's great but the barrister did not know the procedure for the buffet breakfast which is behind the Starbucks. When asked they told us that we could have any three items from their menu. That was not the case and they rang us up for $18.00! For a continental breakfast?! We finally found the breakfast and had wonderful buffet. It was the real deal! Now the best part was Starbucks did not charge our room for the items (which we saved for later) but comped us for the confusion. Hey Courtyard! Get some signage in the dining room!

Totally recommend for a weekend trip
Comfortable room, clean room, with a cozy atmosphere, including a sofa bed that was perfect for our kids and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. Free Wi-Fi and a nice bar area in the lobby.
The dining options were somewhat limited.

The hot tub and sun loungers were great spots to relax, though I did notice some noise from the hallway that occasionally broke the peace.
